Introduction to my Super Human Blog

Welcome to my blog.  My mission is simple:  End all human suffering, and turn everyone into a super human!  Am I just using this mission statement as a fun marketing ploy?  Can I make these kinds of bold claims?

I truly believe I can.  Not because I have all of the answers that nobody else has, or because I have a magic pill or potion that transform you in an instant.  It’s because I have thoroughly studied what really makes us ill, and what is required to truly be healthy.  My definition of being truly healthy is much more than simply being disease free.  It’s full health optimization and getting you to live your absolute best life in every way, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

What makes us super human can be some of the latest and coolest tech, new breakthrough scientific research, or the development of new nutritional supplements or health apps.  It can be ways to make us fly at mach 3 speeds doing and achieving more than we have ever done.  It and can also incorporate some of the lost practices of ancestral living, the way God and nature intended for us to live.  Eating, sleeping, drinking, and exercising like we did over a hundred years ago, and incorporating practices of slowing down, simplifying your life and your mind.  We all need to do things on both ends of this spectrum and find a health balance between the two.
