About Me
I’m Dave Lee
Hey, I’m Dave Lee—a Life, Health, Relationship, and Executive Coach with over 30 years in the health and fitness world.
I started out as a chiropractor and personal trainer, always driven by a deep curiosity about why people struggle and how to help them break through. That same passion fuels my coaching today. I’ve led in both the for-profit and non-profit world, taking on big challenges and turning them around.
Built a struggling clinic into one of the most successful multi-disciplinary practices in the downtown core.
Led a large faith-based ministry, helping hundreds of people find spiritual guidance.
Whether in business or community work, my focus has always been the same—helping people grow, thrive, and break through the barriers holding them back.
Outside of work, I’m all about adventure and the outdoors:
I’ve been riding motorcycles since I was 16.
Love traveling, scuba diving, and camping.
You’ll often find me commuting on my One-Wheel.
Sports have always been a big part of my life—I played university and semi-pro football, competitive baseball, am an avid snowboarder, and now I’m working on my golf game (with mixed results, lol).
But above all, family is everything to me:
I met my wife in high school, and we’ve been happily married for over 23 years.
We have a wonderful daughter, a fuzzy little dog, and a close-knit group of family and friends that keep life fun and meaningful.
At the end of the day, I bring real-life experience, deep expertise, and a no-BS approach to coaching. If you’re ready to push past limits and step into your best self, let’s make it happen.
Education
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between the mind and body—how we think, move, and live all play into the bigger picture of our well-being. That passion led me down a path of lifelong learning, and over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in health, movement, and personal development.
Here’s a bit about my background:
Life Coach Certification – Trained at the Robbins-Madanes Institute, where I learned powerful coaching strategies to help people break through barriers and create lasting change.
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) – Earned from the National University of Health Sciences, giving me a deep understanding of the body and how it functions at its best.
Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology (B.A.) – Studied at York University, where I focused on human movement and performance.
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) – Completed at the University of Waterloo, where I developed a strong scientific foundation.
With my mix of education and real-world experience, I take a down-to-earth, results-driven approach with my clients. Whether you’re feeling stuck, need to perform better, or just want to find balance, I pull from science, coaching, and practical solutions to help you get there.
Clientele
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including CEOs, high-level executives across banking, investment, law, and tech industries, as well as professional athletes, dancers, and musicians.
You name it, I’ve seen it.
CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Founders looking to enhance leadership skills, decision-making, and work-life balance.
High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) & Investors seeking fulfillment beyond financial success or for personal development and legacy-building strategies.
Physicians, Lawyers, & High-Stakes Professionals aiming to balance client demands with personal well-being.
Celebrities, Athletes, & Public Figures seeking motivation, creativity, or deeper self-discovery.
Government Officials & Political Leaders looking to make meaningful contributions while managing stress.
High-Achieving Creatives & Innovators hoping for work-life integration and visionary growth.
But I don’t just coach high-level execs or wealthy clients.
I work with real people who are struggling—the exhausted mom barely holding it together, the person who can’t get off the couch, stuck in addiction, or feeling lost in their relationships and career.
I know that not everyone can afford my coaching, but I’ve seen parents and loved ones step in, willing to do whatever it takes to help.
If you’re struggling, you’re not alone—and there’s always a way forward. ALWAYS.
