When it comes to health, I break it down into three key areas:

Lifespan – How long you live
Healthspan – How well you live
Sexspan – How long you can enjoy a healthy sex life

We all want to live longer, but what’s the point if you feel like crap? Healthspan is what really matters. And the best indicator of your health span? Your sexspan. If you’re not horny, you’re not healthy.

Here’s the truth: about 50% of men experience sexual dysfunction by 40—and thanks to modern lifestyles, it’s happening to guys in their 20s now, too. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to accept it. You can be in your 70s, 80s, even 90s and still have a great sex life—without relying on ED meds.

Most people think sexual dysfunction is just a testosterone problem. Wrong. It’s rarely that simple. It’s a complex, multifaceted issue that can be influenced by:

    • Poor Sleep
    • Performance Anxiety
    • Poor Circulation
    • Weak Pelvic Floor Muscles
