Overcoming Negative Emotional States
My Journey was just like yours.
Most of my life I struggled with many of these negative states, and at one point I struggled with:
- Crippling anxiety
- Panic attacks
- Bouts of anger and depression
What led me to become a life coach was me being tired of living this way, and looking for a way out.
I spent an obscene amount of time and money understanding why I was stuck in these negative states.
To make a very long story short, I figured my way out!
I am now living my best life yet, even though many things still don’t go exactly according to my plan.
Being in a better emotional state and overcoming these negative emotions has not only set me free, but has resulted in even more success in all aspects of my life.
I have found a way out, and I make sure I bring all of my clients out with me.
The real enemy in our lives is not our circumstances, but our perception of them, and our negative emotional states that plague us in the midst of these circumstances.
